You may ask... why Modere? For me it is about a  community f all ages ad life styles with similar goals. It is about improving the symptoms of my chronic health conditions, through science backed supplements and diet program, that has allowed me to increase my own mobility. I am a stubborn Spoonie who wants to achieve more in life that a 9-5 job, while suffering with chronic pain and zero holidays. This business provides so much more opportunity than my job as a health care assistant, plus I was constantly burning myself out in a job where I was just a number.
